I am very pleased to be beginning another year at St Gabriel's in Year 6. I have been a class teacher for over 10 years, with a main focus in UKS2 and I am looking forward creating a warm and safe environment where children can thrive and be the best versions of themselves. I value building strong, trusting relationships with my class, as I believe children do their best when they feel supported, respected and understood.

 

I also enjoy encouraging children to step out of their comfort zone and aspire to reach their goals, both in and out of the classroom and I can't wait to see the children flourish this year.

Year 6 can be a challenging year but it can also be full of fun and laughter and I look forward to creating memories with my class and sending them off to Year 7 as wonderful, well-rounded individuals.

Away from the classroom, I am a very proud mother of 2 girls, one who is starting her Primary School journey this year also. I love spending time with them, creating memories, taking them on adventures and reading stories to them. I also enjoy baking and cooking; this is a true passion which I hope to pass on to my children.
