In 2023 I completed my PGCE with Exeter Consortium, joining the St Gabriels team for my first professional teaching role ready for the 23/24 academic year. I learnt to teach following the footsteps of expert role models in two very different local schools, shaping my own teaching style that I use in the classroom today.

I aim to take pride in the layout and displays within the class, demonstrating to the children how important it is to be proud of the work you produce. As well as this, I am always aspiring to build high quality, personal relationships with each individual child, allowing for success to grow from the teacher / student connections.

My original degree was in Sport and Exercise Science, which is where my love of sport and competitive activity is linked. In my spare time I love to play football, run and spend time outdoors with family and friends
